haha, yeah, i looked up her killratio just after this and was surprised ... 5%. she gets a ton of d:2 deaths. i guess i just get lucky when i meet her, if she isn't an easy kill, she often just wastes a turn blinking and lets me run away.

She's very variable... which helps her take people who don't know she can be dangerous by surprise. If she actually casts pain multiple times(and gets good damage rolls from the 1d14) she can outdamage many characters.

I found her in a D:15 Sif vault on my current character. If that's not an upgrade, I don't know what is!

Seriously though, her pain does hit hard if you're not prepared for it and/or are a low hp species. She probably doesn't really need an upgrade for where she appears.

While she's dangerous in an absolute sense, she's not dangerous compared to Sigmund and Grinder, so I support a buff.

I don't know, it's not like every single unique must be a "run for your life" thing. Sigmund and Grinder are very dangerous because they can incapacitate you (with the addition of Sigmund possibly using distortion), which means that the best thing to do often is leaving them be. If Jessica can become a more interesting challenge for pain-immune characters, that's OK. Maybe some low-level conjuration?

Jessica is encountered typically at a low enough level that adding magic dart might make sense... but I kind of like having jessica as a "dangerous at range, dead in 2 hits" kind of unique.

Jessica is dangerous? I always find her silly. I mainly play gargoyles so maybe rn+ is a thing but.

A magic dart would make sense yeah.
I'm being extorted for money by Domino's of all places. No wonder the mafia had it so easy.

A couple decent rolls on pain can be devastating to an early character. Having rN+ surely helps.

Having rN+ on an early character is incredibly unlikely. Where Jess spawns, you've probably don't have any, unless you're a gargoyle. If you're undead, you can laugh at her.
