Show success chance for Confusing Touch

Inspired by
I don't tend to use it because I don't like memorizing HD.


Please display success chance in x mode, something like this:

I realize it will not help to fight this goblin (the spell is already casted and cannot be ended), but it will teach player if s/he wants to use the spell vs another goblin.
Underestimated: cleaving, Deep Elf, Formicid, Vehumet, EV
Overestimated: AC, GDS

Or, if the player has CT memorized, just have it be part of the xv screen, and part of the x screen while cast.

Your comment to the commit makes me double happy, hopefully devs start to realize it is impossible to balance game properly when not all the important info is displayed. Though I know devs use debug build for that :(
