Show Chance to Hex with Needles

Knowing the chance to hex a target with spell or wand is useful tactical information, and also gives feedback on the effectiveness of skill training. These benefits also apply to hexing needles. This information is not shown (in 0.18.1 at least) but it should be.
Won (52). Remaining (15): 5 species: Ba, Fe, Mu, Na, Op; 5 Backgrounds: AM, Wr, Su, AE, Ar; 5 gods: Jiyv, newNem, WJC, newSif, newFedh

For needles other than poison and curare: You have a flat 2% chance of affecting monsters with HD14 or less. In all other cases, or if this 2% chance fails, you will only affect a monster if 2+ 1d(4 + Throwing Skill + Blowgun enchantment) is greater than the monster's HD.

meta information like this is on learndb, not in game since that'd be spoilery.

The point is, since the choice has already been made to reveal this calculation via x/v for wands and spells, why not for needles, too? I don't have to look up the HD of the target for the former attacks.

Re: Show Chance to Hex with Needles

Okay so I went ahead and made a look-up chart, so all I need to do is query a knowledge bot for HD. throwing + Enchantment is across the top, HD along the side.

Spoiler: show

You mean HD, I hope. Being able to pacify ancient liches is a feature, not a bug!
