"It is faster than you'

It would be nice if the x-v description of a creature did more than just use an opaque word to describe the speed -- a thing that people playing races that aren't speed 10 often want to know is specifically whether a thing can outrun them.

Thus, the description of a creature's speed should be adapted to say "it is faster than you" or "it is slower than you" when appropriate.

Maybe "it is the same speed as you" should also be used for completeness. In this case you could actually omit the opaque word describing the creature's speed.

Two suggestions:

1) Add the word "much" for monsters that are <2/3 or >3/2 your speed. There's a difference between an ugly thing 8 squares away that gives you 80 steps to reach a staircase/chokepoint, and a killer bee 8 squares away that gives you 8 steps.

2) Make it reflect your current movement speed (so including things like Haste and Slow), but color the message green (or blue) if you're above your base speed, and red if you're below your base speed. Or just add "factoring in your Haste and Swiftness" if that's not too verbose.

Add an rcfile option to have it display as "It moves at speed X"
