Forbid orc corpse butchering for Beogh worshippers

Instead of constantly prompting me with "are you SUUUURE you want to SIN?!" every time I instinctively butcher an orc corpse while worshipping Beogh, just forbid the butchering of orc corpses. If you're starving and the only food available is orcs, you deserve to be excommunicated.

Also, make exceptions in all cases that butchering the corpse would yield a hide.

If I'm a Tr of TSO, and I'm butchering a Tr, I *generally* want the hide, not the meat.

Same goes for all races of Zin. It's annoying.
