The chosen garb of law enforcement in some distant buggy land, this skin-tight rubber jumpsuit grants the wearer frog-like reflexes.

The ac/er values could be changed (perhaps to differentiate it from other randart light armours), and the ev bonus could be tweaked or removed.

I like it, but allowing the player to swim on armor might require some new coding. I cant think of anything else that does that.

Negative ER doesn't really make sense in the game's code, since ER is squared in body armour penalty calculations. You'd need to define how negative ER works to implement this. One suggestion would be to mirror positive ER. For example: -4 ER has bonus equal to +4 ER's penalty.

I definitely did not intend for this to have negative ER. It's supposed to have 4 er; it's leather armour reflavored as rubber armour.

Great, might as well add a raccoon suit too. That allows you to fly and go statue form (briefly).
