Don't allow the player to wield nonweapons

I can't think of anything gained by letting the player wield any item, and sometimes I'll hit the wrong key when swapping weapons/rods and basically lose a turn mid-combat.

Yeah, and Sticks to Snakes exists, although IMO it shouldn't.

Sticks to Snakes (at some point in trunk) no longer requires you to wield arrows to cast. It draws directly from inventory. I'm not sure of Sandblast got the same treatment due to the mechanic being slightly different.

Sandblast should probably just cost a stone from your inventory to cast, if it needs a limit/if these strange inventory mechanics are worth keeping at all.
