Proposal: Make Formicids great at translocations

Formicids get much less out of the translocations school than most races because of their permanent stasis.

If they had an exceptionally high tloc aptitude, it could be worth training lots of tloc on some Formicid characters anyway, and they'd play very differently from most tloc characters.

Teleport Other, Passage and Dispersal in particular make good alternate escapes in the absence of blinking.
