Make an .rc option to disable ability menu from popping up

After a recent commit ability menu always appears after you press 'a'. It annoys a bit because I remember that 'aa' is for berserk and 'af' is for flying. And unnecesary screen flashing is not that cool.
If there is an .rc option that returns previous behaviour please let me know. Otherwise I think it would be nice if someone introduce to the code.

This "feature" shouldn't have been added without a way of disabling it...

There definitely is a way to do it (surprises me on comborobin occasionally when using other peoples' rc files).

I had the same complaint while playing tonight. If anyone has a fix, sharing would be appreciated.
