Let Recall work iner-level

Recently I found that my mercenaries often get lost somewhere during autotravel that makes it tedious to manage them. Ctrl+e doesn't help too. If the Recall spell work inter-level that will make having mercenaries much less boring. I don't think making it inter-level will seriously overpower summoning and necromancy schools since all summons and undead minions are temporary now.

It would also make Fedhas mushrooms much less of a pain to handle. (Fedhas should have a divine recall ability like Beogh/Yred, anyway).
