Okawaru worshipping and neutral beings ?
Not sure what happens in that situation. I don't think how frequent is the presence of neutral beings, probably rare (I haven't gone so far in Crawl yet 
) . I would rather prefer not taking benefit of engaging in battle against a neutral being and kill it, because Okawaru would do not consider it a true opponent worth of sacrifice.
This would be an additional distinguishable feature from the evil-oriented god Makhleb (to whom kill a neutral or harm an ally is acceptable), because currently both gods are quite similar in the piety system gain since 0.8 version Okawaru also permits sacrificing holy beings.
