Fix call imp and Fedhas interaction

If a player worships Fedhas and casts Call Imp, they will either receive a hostile shadow imp of a friendly imp of any other kind. Shadow imps are 'revulsed by your support of nature' presumably since they know animate dead which is hated by Fedhas. However, summoned shadow imps can't even cast the spell. Therefore I suggest that either
1) Shadow imps are not created when worshipping Fedhas. This would be consistent with how good gods and Shadow Creatures interact.
2) Shadow imps are generated friendly, since they can't cast animate dead when summoned anyway.

Since when do summoned shadow imps not cast animate dead?

Lame.

EDIT: OK it makes sense from a game balance point of view, but it's still no fun.

Suggestion: fix animate dead so that the HD of the resulting zombies is capped based on spell power, and then let shadow imps cast it again, just at really crappy spell power.

AFAIK, friendly shadow imps casting animate dead was removed because it allowed the player to build up a permanent undead army without learning any necromancy. Now zombies are no longer permanent, is there any reason for shadow imps not to get the spell back?

It encourages hanging around corpses casting summon imp until you get a shadow imp that will animate the corpses for you.

If undeads are no longer permanent, they can as well as time out immediately when their creator (the shadow imp in this case) dies (or times out) (just like summons).

I would favor having them flop back down as corpses, still available for reanimation.
