Weapon Animation Question

Hello all,

I've noticed that whenever I slay a creature with the same weapon that I'm wielding, and I walk over it, my own weapon "lowers." To make things most odd, I've noticed it happen in seemingly random spaces too, it'll just lower, I keep walking and it raises back up. Most noticed when using a dagger, but I've seen it happen with other weapons too.

Is this a bug, a feature that I'm unaware of, or something else?

I've also observed this; I believe it's a recently introduced bug, though I haven't been able to pin down exactly what causes it. Are you playing trunk (0.16)? What platform? (Windows, OS X, webtiles...?)

I've noticed it playing both 0.15 and trunk via webtiles on both Firefox and Google Chrome running on Ubuntu Linux.

I have noticed a possibly related thing. After killing Agnes and animating her, she was holding her lajatang slightly low so that it seemed like it wasn't quite fitting in the tile. This was in trunk webtiles.
