FR: Apportation targetting should remember last item

The default behavior (targets nearest item) is great, except when I'm targeting a further item and the spell fails or lacks the power to get the item all the way to me (or close enough that it becomes the nearest, anyway). This is especially annoying when there are many items in sight and you're casting with low/no TLoc skill, so the item you want moves at most 1 square per cast but you still have to cycle through all the other junk each time. Repeat casts should default to the last-targeted item, just as foo-targeting spells remember the last foo they were cast at. Please and thank you!
