Should Dispelling Bolt remove Agility?

Hey there, I don't know if this is a bug or working as intended. I have a purple draconian that was fighting Josephine, who drank a potion of agility. I hit her with my breath attack but it still said "unusually agile".

Looks like an oversight. I've fixed it.
