Randomized Tiles for Fruit

Currently in the tiles version of the game, all fruit is represented by the choko tile. In my opinion this is rather bland. I propose that instead each fruit have a tile randomly selected from a pool of fruits or vegetables (grapes, orange, etc). They would still be labeled "fruit," provide the same nutrition, and stack in your inventory, which would display the tile of whichever you picked up most recently. The change would be purely cosmetic, but I think it would liven up food consumables just a little, such as in Lair where you're apt to find large amounts of fruit littering the ground.

I have no idea how technically feasible or difficult to implement this would be, but I assume it would be possible considering helmets now appear to have a variety of tiles.

I think the only (probably minor) complication would be matching the text to the tile -- e.g. you pick up a banana according to the log but the tile is randomized and it's a bunch of grapes. Helmets are all just helmets so there is no disconnect.

I think this is feasible and FWIW I wanted to update a lot of food tiles before the change went in, but there are plenty other tiles that need doing first.

Or just add a new tile. Like a fruit pile or bowl.

My guess for the best way would be a item prop, I don't know if item props are accessible to the description code or how easy it would be to connect them.

Where does this bowl come from? Can I use it as a helmet?
