Disallow Tele from warping the player behind runed doors.
Pretty straightforward. This falls under the cheap deaths thing, since runed doors are runed for a reason. Tele shouldn't suddenly become lethal because you left a runed door be, especially considering it's almost always a bad idea to do so unless you're really overpowered for where you are in the dungeon.
The Hall of Blades shouldn't be an exception to this either. Tele should not stick you in there.
