Stop eating when enemies appear

So I really like the thing where eating happens automatically when autoexploring or resting but just now I lost one of my luckiest starts ever when I rested, my guy started autoeating, an orc warrior turned the corner, quaffed a berserk potion, and 2 shot me.

Would have been nice if I got a message saying "Hey dude how about taking a break from eating? Y/N".

This is in 0.17 so disregard and close if it already does this in trunk.

Besides the potential for unnecessary damage and even death, it's awkward to make out what the heck is going on when a monster appears seemingly out of thin air. It's tactically relevant to know from with way a monster came from and this information tends to be lost if the player is too entranced by a meat chunk.. :P

Better solution: all eating actions take one turn. (Even better: no eating.)

A stop eating trigger would also need to be special cased for current death cobs/hungry ghosts, where you might need to eat in the middle of a fight.
