Exclamation points in the pain brand messages

The "writhes in agony" messages generated by pain branded weapons always end with a period despite doing variable damage, often higher than the threshold to get one or more exclamation points. These messages ought to end in exclamation points when the amount of special damage dealt warrants them.

[edit: in fact, this change is quite easy. The holy wrath brand already does this. Simply copying the code from the holy wrath part of the special damage assignment switch ladder into the pain brand part and making the obvious changes fixes the issue.]
