Don't acquire teleport wands in sprint

See topic. Acquirement in sprint should not give you teleport wands, because they don't work. (Unless maybe they still work on enemies?) This is obviously low priority but I think it would be a good change. (Maybe this should be set at the sprint-map level so sprints that did allow teleports could be created in the future, but it could always just be changed then.)

Monsters can indeed teleport in sprint. It's usually a bad idea to let this happen though, as they'll open doors and wake up other monsters and generally make the whole map go off rails.

Well that's at least some use even if it's not a very good one, like Formicid's acquiring teleport. It certainly weakens my argument.

But formicids do get the haste/tele weight greatly reduced. It looks like Sprint characters don't, so this is an inconsistency.
