I'm not really getting why we should care about whether orange demons can open doors. I was tempted to reply simply "FR: Let doors open orange demons.".

Yea; I noticed it because I was doing Makhbats and annoyed that some of the lesser servants couldn't open doors for me. Then noticed it was pretty incongruous that most demons could open doors, but a few can't.
Since I posted this, it already got handled though. It might have been leafsnail that did it I don't remember.

Chaos Spawn, Orange Demons and Quasits can now open doors in trunk (thus all demons can).

How do you tell allies to open a door? Or just waiting until it decides to open it while randomly wandering around?

What is the Makhbat challenge? Going into bat mode as a Vampire and staying there forever?

What about closing doors? Imps could be able to slam a door repeatedly in your face if you have monsters stronger than an imp following you, or if you're standing in a cloud of painful stuff - it's no fair that players get to do this to monsters, but never the other way around, outside vaults anyway.

And what about really large brutes? Big monsters like elephants etc. should be able to smash doors down when they're aggro (i.e. not when simply wandering around). I love that there are now deep troll earth mages that can cast dig, I find it hilarious when it happens, and generally exciting when monsters get a little more proactive.

Then players would deliberately destroy doors so that they don't get closed. Vault wardens are bad enough already.

I think by the time you can reliably destroy doors without caring about the noise, you can probably one-shot the imp from a distance, too? If you can't, tough luck, kinda like when a big monster blocks the retreat for a squishy caster.

And vault wardens are a pain mostly because of V:5, I wonder how/if they would work elsewhere.

There are a bunch of vaults that utilize them to lock you into a tough fight, so they work great elsewhere.

(t)ell; (r)etreat. Indicate the door as the direction. Allies will open the door then run in that direction until you give a different command.
