No rMut - should I just try to get the Orb and leave?

I haven't found a source of rMut and, as you will see below, am already quite badly mutated . I have a couple of Cure Mut potions. Should I just chug them then try to clear Zot and ascend? Is it worth trying to do Pan and the Hells with this level of mutation and no resistance to further mutations?

Not to make light of your situation, but your mutations made me think of this:

As you turn the corner, you see hunch-backed creature made of stone, crumbling at the edges, with a look in his eyes suggesting he's not quite all there mentally. He finally notices you and begins flying in your direction, screeching uncontrollably as he bounces off the walls in his swerving flight path and leaving a trail of fallen pebbles in his wake.

Yes, I'd already killed TRJ.

I took VJ's advice and took a sip of the potions then hit the three-wheel motion. After a while I found an amulet in Pan and lots more cMut potions in a Zig; finally got myself killed on Dis:7 going for the 15th rune. So it goes.
