No, not ever. -6 to boots slot for SInv is not a good trade.

Nah, you've got enough rF+ right there, and the berserk does nothing for ya. -4 AC kills it.

Remove that cap, it does nothing except decreasing your AC. I would remove the cloak too, +3 AC is better than "uncannily resistant to hostile enchantments" for your character. If you have some +1 or +2 boots, wear them, Stealth is useless in plate armour ("extremely unstealthy")

It's polearms, no need to switch from Executioner's Axe. Wiki says the item is not that good any way.

Not if you've already put training in for what's honestly a phenomenal executioner's axe. It's not terrible if you already happened to be training polearms heavily, but switching now would be a huge waste.

Scythe of curses is one of the most effective weapons in the game (it summons friendly reapers, for starters) but it also curses your entire inventory which is pretty bad. It's ridiculously good with Ash and probably not worth the hassle on other characters.

When I looked at this thread title, I just said to myself, 'I bet they have crappy ac and a resistance'. :/
