tengu flight question

Hey there fellow dungeon crawlers. I have a quick question for you.
What affects the success rate of Tengu innate flight?
Evocations?
Xp level?

It is not affected by Evocations at all. AFAIK experience level is the only factor. It also increases the duration (until you get permanent flight at XL15).

Disclaimer: I've never actually looked at the code, this is just my impression from playing a LOT of tengu.

Yes, V_Jack is right. You don't have to level any skills, it will get better naturally as your character level goes up, at 15 it becomes permanent (though you can toggle flight on and off).
