Enhancers and multi school spells??

What's the behaviour with enhancers and multi school spells?

For example poison cloud is conjugation/air/poison magic. What enhancer staff should be used? So they all have the same level of effect? Or is a poison staff more powerful for enhancing that spell? If so, why?

An enhancer of any of the three schools will have the same effect as if it were a single school spell.
