it's ranged combat, it doesnt work like melee combat

it'd be nice if the formulas were more like those though

Kilobyte wanted to do that (make ranged use the melee formulas), but I guess he's too busy or reconsidered. Also the melee formulas have some stupid stuff too, like mindelay.
