Does Heroism affect the attacks of spider form/ice from/dragon form?

Transmutation forms add damage (and eventually some other effect, like poison) to UC's base one - the former is a fixed amount (actually, it can vary in relation of str/dex), the latter depend essentially on uc skill. So, we may say that heroism affects the overall attacks of forms, because the increase of UC base damage - and delay!
