Bat Form and Stealth?

Does changing in and out of bat form affect stealth checks at all? The formula on the bots seems to say that changing forms doesn't matter at all, but I seem to get noticed when I change back. Just wondering if it's a bad idea to use bat to sneak up on guys and then change back right next to them.

Well there's no reason to use it to sneak up on things because it certainly doesn't improve your stealth over being a vampire....
