How to find out MP cost value for a spell?

How to find out MP cost value for a spell in the console version of the game? When I press 'I' twice I can see only Power, Range etc., not MP cost.
Another thing I'd like to know is how to find out numeric value of a spell Power, because the most formulas in the Wiki use this value.

A given spell's MP cost is equivalent to its spell level, the only exception being Vehumet providing a 1 MP discount on supported spells of level five or higher for ****+ worshipers.

As for spell power, http://crawl.develz.org/info/index.php?q=spell+power details how it is calculated. Usually this number will not actually be significant in-game, especially since different spells parse it differently. The general rule of thumb when it comes to spell power is that more is better.

Spell power, you just need to remember some key thresholds:
5# = 25
7# = 50
8# = 75
9# = 100
10# = 150
