More accurate aptitude table?

Unless I'm mistaken, doesn't a Kobold with Conjuration (-1) raise that skill faster than a High Elf (+1) simply because the Kobold gets 50% more experience?

If so, isn't it possible to develop revised aptitude tables to account for relative experience? Before I spend several hours in excel (several hours cause I suck at math & excel forumlae) has anyone already made one?

Also, is anything glaringly wrong in my reasoning about the whole matter?

The xp aptitude only affects how long it takes you to gain an xl. It has no effect on raising other skills.

You're correct; I reread experience aptitude wiki and it does specify that it only helps determine experience levels. Thank you for saving me a lot of wasted time.
