Boots of Flying costs?

I found +1 pair of boots of flying

They are not unique (not rand or unrand), so I am assuming this is a new type of boots that are replacing boots of levitation. (I am using a super recent dev build)

Do they cost food or glow to keep on, they seem to be permanent and cost nothing.

They sure helped a ton when my level 12 high elf pyro got banished to the abyss.

They are exactly the same as boots of lev except you fly instead of levitate.

Thanks. I think it would be great if the item mentioned the food cost. Like regeneration does sometimes.

They cost food to activate, and that's listed on the 'a' screen. Beyond that, there isn't a cost to keep them active.
