Spellcasting
I'm playing as a MiFi of TSO. Why can't I learn level 1 spells? I have 3.5 spellcasting. Playing the newest trunk.

Should train that spellcasting to at least 10 or so, I think. Still the fail rate would be high, so you would need to train relevant spell skills (charms for haste, for example).

Try taking off your armour, then memorizing the spell.
