DE/Hybrid

Hey guys, I was wondering in which direction i should take this DE that I've been crafting...

He started as a fire mage but I pumped fighting early on with Ash piety so he's reasonably tough now. I was going to keep playing him as a fire mage but im not sure if that is the best spell line to go down. Since I can switch his XP with relative ease I was wondering which way you would take him, which skills you would jettison and which ones you would pump?

    Skills:
    + Level 19 Fighting
    + Level 14 Short Blades
    + Level 13 Armour
    + Level 15 Dodging
    + Level 11 Stealth
    + Level 10 Stabbing
    + Level 10 Shields
    + Level 6 Traps & Doors
    + Level 19 Spellcasting
    + Level 18 Conjurations
    + Level 14 Enchantments
    + Level 6 Necromancy
    + Level 13 Fire Magic
    + Level 15 Air Magic
    + Level 2 Poison Magic
    + Level 5 Evocations

Weapons wise, he just go a quick blade out of Elf and has multiple enchant weapon scrolls (1-(2), 2-(7), 3-(2) + 1 vorpalise), he also has a demon blade and a longsword of holy wrath. Which weapon would you go with and which enchant would you put on it (I'm guessing you can prime a weapon with a spell prior to vorpalising it.

What kind of hexes/charms can he cast? You've got a 10 stabbing, that might be worth working with if you can reliably knock guys unconscious with spells. Backup and "ohcrap" of course being whatever cloud spells you have learned (fire storm is nice, but I dunno what success rate you have with those skills).

I havent found selective amnesia yet and once i do I'll clean them up a little. So the only (get rid of throw flame and occ's armor, maybe lightning bolt as well although i had that for fire immune mobs). I was under the impression that disabling spells got worse the further you get due to high resists which was why i was wondering whether i should switch to necro or air.
