Kenku satiation?!

So - still playing 0.9. My Kenku Conjurer got this Amulet of the Gourmand, and I'm having some really strange experience with regard to eating.

Half the time, I get the "That was extremely unsatisfying" message, then for a while he'll start getting full satiation from the chunks, then it switches again. This does not seem to be correlated to when I'm sick, when I'm well, whether the chunks are contaminated or clean (ie: hobogblin chunks vs centaur), and whether i'm flying or not. No mutations except standard level 15 kenku stuff.

Any help?!

Are you switching the amulet with another? You need to keep it all the time to enjoy the effects of gourmand.
<+Grunt> You dereference an invalid pointer! Ouch! That really hurt! The game dies...

O_O...Oh...That- - that makes sense :). Also explains why it stopped when I forgot to keep switching it on. Awesome!
