That's statue form you are thinking of.

Re: Draconians general thread

Their DEX got buffed in trunk, didnt it? Now its about average, on par with humans.

To change the subject: I rolled a yellow DrAs and right now Im level 12. Luckily im going for unarmed combat, but im not level 14 yet so I cant vouch for Acidic Bite. But what I did notice so far was that yellow draconian is pretty useless for non-UC characters. rAcid++ is rare and very good but highly, HIGHLY situational. Of all the acid damage you could possiby take (J's, brown ugly things, yellow draconians), only early Jellies and ugly things could possibly damage you significantly. Acid "breath" does piddly damage most of the time, if it actually hits. On the occassional hit where Terence screams in agony as its flesh is eaten away, it deals damage comparable to the other breaths. I was pleased to see that the cooldown was significantly decreased, so its noe on par with pale breath. But the hunger cost is still Honeycomb, so the faster breath recharge makes you use more nutrition.

Overall, I find yellow draconian to be possibly the worst color to get. Unless you're unarmed.

To be clear, unless something is changed in trunk, stoneskin & statue form can be cast together and have a nice synergy. Stoneskin and blade hands cannot be.

Stoneskin and blade hands work fine together in 0.10, and also in 0.7.1 since I just tested on both versions.

Statue Form and Blade Hands, however, do not work together. One form at a time, fellas.

I seem to get grey more than any other colour. I don't think I've ever gotten red or yellow.

Which reminds me to ask someone in the know, do you get a colour based on your favourite skills?
i.e. Fire Elementalists are more likely to get Red or Mottled?

Knowledge bots and Wiki have always been vague on the subject...

No, colour is just chosen randomly.
