Does anyone use "Harm" Running a lvl 11 Troll fighter. Choice between a normal kite shield or a +3 Tower shield with Harm ego. When would you use an item with Harm? 30% plus damage is nice, but the 20% increased incoming damage .. ..

On a troll I might. You have 30% extra hp anyway
Probably I'd do it if I was a giant rock chucker, and probably I wouldn't if I was relying on the claws.

If you worship Ru, you can Sacrifice Arm. Then it becomes a pretty serviceable Amulet of H.

Otherwise, no.
