Strength and diminishing returns

I currently have 57 strength and have found a +8 strength ring. I'm a melee statuepode.

Is it worth having the extra 8 or am I on the way to diminishing returns?

Ring managment for 'podes isn't so much about diminishing returns as about opportunity cost of other rings. Your weakest ring is +5Int, I'd choose +8Str over that. I would not change any of your other seven ring against the +8Str.

There aren't really diminishing returns here, except inasmuch as if you start one-shotting significant threats you can't hit them any harder than that.

I notice you are rotted of 14 HP and have 38 curing potions.
Ascension reports with too many words since 2016.

+8 strength is great and all, but when you're at 49 strength (before the ring), I'm not sure that +8 is really necessary. Wouldn't wearing the +6 evasion ring be worth more?

To be fair, "optimizing" your rings when you're already post 15 runes and doing zigs is kind of unnecessary as a whole, but hey, I understand wanting to be incredibly overpowered! Grats on both the ring of robustness and phasing in the same game :)
