How does it interacts with worshipping Chei ? Will he block the *Rage ? or just prevent the haste part of it ?
And will he become mad about you using it ?

You can test this yourself in wizmode via a locally installed version of crawl and pressing & to enter debug mode. This is what happens under Chei with Bloodlust:

Cheibriados protects you from inadvertent hurry.
You feel mighty!

Eg. as you say berserk without haste. No complaints from them over a hasty item.
