Shoudn't a scarf of cloud immunity prevent affects from miasma?

It only protects you from the clouds, not the impact of the breath spell.

I was also disappointed to find out it didn't protect me from a vortex. I was Nemelexing some merfolk in Shoals and happened to create a tornado. Not only it did deal damage, but it threw me around and resulted in yellow draining.
