A question about panlords (SPOILERS)

Hello, i'd like to ask a question about the pandemonium lords: If I go to the pandemonium domains and kill the uniques, will other panlords chase after me once i pick up the orb? If not, please tell me if there is any way to prevent panlords from doing so.

There's no way to prevent other Pan lords from chasing you during the orb run. If you steal a rune from one of the unique Pan lords (and leave it alive), it may reappear on other Pan levels or during the orb run.

My personal experience is that I tend to see 0 - 3 Pan lords on the way up.
