Auto inscribing

Sometimes, when I press a key, it gets pressed twice (or I twich innvoluntarily without knowing).
Is it possible to inscribe god powers automatically? I have inadvertedly berserked with trog or worse used potion petition without meaning to).
I can manually inscribe the powers but sometimes I forget.
Is it possible to do it in the rc file?
