Can't leave quiver slot empty?

Anyone else notice this bug? When you select "-" you just equip whatever your default item was. I only even noticed it because I was going to do a character specializing in UC, but that kinda puts a damper on things. I could just drop all my missile weapons I suppose... but those drugged needles sure do come in handy.

Re: Can't leave quiver slot empty?

Quiver is an interface-only feature. The item in it only matters for using the 'f' command. The item in your quiver does not affect unarmed combat in any way.

Oh ok, so when I have something in the quiver my off-hand is still empty?

Yes. Quiver has nothing to do with your off-hand.

Ha, thanks. For some reason I always thought those two slots represented your weapon hand and off-hand. Dummy me.

Re: Can't leave quiver slot empty?

If you inscribe all your throwables with '=f', then when you quiver '-' it will leave it empty.
