HoAr, Lvl 9, D6, ** of Oka : 'You fall through a shaft for 3 floors!'
The first enemy I see is a 2-headed Ogre (paralyze) and there are upstairs not far after.
Sadly there is a PG on D8 so: down to D9 again where I meet Grum.
Grum has a glaive of distortion and his wolves are faster than me.
I manage to befriend 1 wolf but his glaive decides to hit me and and there I am in the Abyss.

It is a game in a streak.
'No !!!' comes to my mind.

Everything I see is bigger/meaner than me and I have no tp-scroll. Used my last one in D2 to get away from a water moccasin which turned out to be only 3 tiles and wand of enslavement had to save my char.
Got an exit after 385 turns from killing demons which is unusually fast.
Thanks to rng it was only abyss 1.
Made it out and back to D6.
Even got a beak from visiting the Abyss.
