Potion of Mutation with Zin

New Potions of Mutations add and remove mutations. What is Zin's attitude towards them?

Quick check on source suggests that it's OK if accidental (i.e. quaff-id), but you get punished if you drink it deliberately, even if you don't get any mutations!

In other words, it's almost never a good idea, although I might be able to imagine some desperation scenarios.
