Reanimated Ally Duration
Do allies reanimated with animate skeleton/animate dead/simulacrum follow the same duration rules as summons--i.e. one of 6 possible ranges of duration? Is reanimated ally duration dependent upon the time the monster originally died or the time the monster was reanimated?
