Which weapon to use? (Going for fifteen)

So, Yiuf Crawl Dorf Fighter. Worshipping TSO so I can bless something. And here's where I stand.

This is my current weapon:

+8 eveningstar {elec, rN+ Int+4}

Now, this has been pretty dang good, and can continue to be pretty dang good I would imagine. It's probably my first choice. BUT, of course, I'm headed to the Hells, Pan, Abyss, Tomb, etc all where holy wrath would be more useful as a brand. (The other crap on it doesn't matter.) And of course you can't bless artifacts.

My other two options:

a +2 eveningstar of crushing
a +3 demon whip of electrocution

Both of these could be blessed, making a +4 eveningstar of holy wrath and a +5 sacred scourge respectively. Unfortunately, I only have one enchant weapon scroll, so that would be +5 eveningstar or +6 sacred scourge, versus +8 eveningstar of elec.

So, which do ya'll think would be best?

No god can change artefacts so that +8 eveningstar will keep electro forever. I would bless demon whip.

...and by all means also keep the elec eveningstar at hand to use against monsters who aren't vulnerable to holy.

I just went through this exact question yesterday. I ended up going with the Sacred Scourge and figured if I ran into any brand weapon scrolls I'd toss it on the eveningstar in hopes of freezing. My final reasoning being that the only way I'd ever get to use the demon whip was if it was blessed, so it was either that or hope for multiple eveningstars.
