how do i pray on mac?

I don't recall those keys being different on Apple keyboards...

none of them works

'p' is still the command for a few gods who have pray actions, I think fedhas? But generally speaking most of the time you use either < or > to worship at an altar. I play on webtiles on a mac, and both work - are you on a local build? I'm not aware of anything that would cause this to fail. Check that you might have a macro/key bind set to those keys?

Are you using a keyboard layout where < and > are dead keys? If so, perhaps try < space or << .

Do you get a message when it doesn't work? Do < and > work for going up/downstairs? Do they work in other programs?

I use a mac here and it works pressing p or > depending on the version. What exactly are you attempting to pray over? Due to the update praying on corpses for Fedhas is now an ability, So press AA **I've never played fedhas but its what I hear

on the server you can only use the mouse in menus and i mean praying at altars
and i do not get a message that it didnt work
and i use G to travel down levels

This is weird, you can't pray at altars at all? It sounds like your key bindings got messed up somehow, maybe 'p' is macroed to something?

I'm guessing he doesn't have the <> keys bound on his mac.
If you press one of the <> keys on your browser address window, do you get the characters? I'm guessing you don't.

You need to configure your keyboard correctly. Go to the settings and do it.
