Vine Stalker and Robe of Vines

How is the robe of vines' effect different on Vine Stalkers? It isn't clear in the chaosforge wiki.

I thought it was the same, but I've never actually had it to test. There isn't any limit on your regen rate normally, so I'm not sure if this has a special exception. You should be able to check your regen rate on your character sheet (%) anyways, so just check it there.
