Builds to Try in 0.19 Before 0.20 Comes Out

I only play stable, since the amount of time I have to play varies and is generally in short supply. I'm curious what my next build ought to be to take advantage of 0.19 mechanics, since with taxes and the end of the semester coming up I expect I'll be only able to get one more win before 0.20 comes out. This is similar to how I made sure to get a Pakellas win in with the one version it existed with. I've already made sure to win an HE and a DD with /HW on 0.19. I know Og will change quite a bit, but I'm thinkng that it will be easier in 0.20 what with aptitude changes and Wr/AM starting book changes, indeed I'm looking forward to trying OgTm. Aside from an old-Og melee character to use that sweet +3 M&F, can you suggest any other aspects of 0.19 I'd want to make sure I experience before they go away?

And yes, I know I can always play an earlier version after the new one comes out if I want to.

Unless you're really excited about high elves or delayed fireball, there aren't any changes of this kind in 0.20. DD still dominates pretty much the same as before, in particular.

I found DD to be profoundly un-fun in 0.19 even with /HW. I'm glad to have gotten it done as progress towards greatplayer, and to never have to do it again.[/quote]

DD was my first win (offline). If I win a game, you know something is broken (DD, Evaporate, Twisted Resurrection, old Elyvilon, meleebug).

Are you forgetting the absolute butchering of ogres as a unique race? They're large humans with worse defences but more health, now.

Hill orcs are humans with some apts tweaked.
Minotaurs are humans with horns.
Merfolk are humans good at polearms and swimming.
Gargoyles are humans with AC and resists for HP.
Formicids are humans that don't teleport.
Trolls are large humans with claws and regen.
Octopodes are humans with jewellery for armour.

I've realized that EE will change in a way that seems significant to me when you can't Sandblast dust anymore. So DEEE is next (my second win was GrEE but that seems boring).
