Its a robe. Its gives 6AC, and +4 to each attribute.
Joke aside, dont think DS mutation has been changed in the past few versions.

moderate nerf. Was +4/+8/+12 slaying, now +3/+6/+9 (with a proportionately smaller effect on spellpower).

For spellpower, augumentation multiplies "raw" spellpower x1.3/x1.6/x1.9.
So it adds "real" spellpower around +15/+30/+45.
